There are no restrictions on programming language. The constraint is on commercial agent builders that do the agentic work for you.

Allowed:

Any programming language (Python, TypeScript, Go, etc.)
Any LLM API (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, open-source models, etc.)
Open-source agent frameworks (Pydantic AI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.) Any public API or data source Open-source databases and vector stores AI coding assistants for productivity

Not allowed:

Commercial agent-as-a-service platforms (where the platform owns the agentic loop)
No-code / low-code AI workflow builders (Zapier AI, Make AI, etc.)
Vendor-provided agent products submitted as your own solution
Any tool where you cannot explain how the autonomy is implemented
